Fall in love with Michigan’s wildflowers this Valentine’s season!
 
The Kalkaska Conservation District and the Kalkaska County Library are teaming up to bring you a Flower Pressing Workshop just in time for Valentine’s Day!
 
Enjoy a short presentation on Michigan’s native blooms, then make your own flower press from a rescued hardcover book. All materials are provided*! Just show up ready to learn.

* note: If you have a hardcover book you would like to use to make your flower press, you may bring your own. This book will be cut up to make it into a press.

Thursday, February 12th
1:00pm – 3:00pm.
Held at Coldsprings Branch Library (inside the Coldsprings Township Hall),
located at 6515 Co Rd 571 NE, Mancelona.
 
RSVPs are required by Friday, February 6th so we can ensure we have enough supplies!
